Exercise

Exercise is SO important and we help our clients to lose weight, burn fat,  and build muscle.  

It is very common for doctors to tell people to lose weight and exercise, but typically they don’t know anything about how to go about it, or at minimum they aren’t equipped to teach their patients. I can help.

We will assess your situation and current health status and determine whether you are a candidate for mild to moderate exercise, or if you can handle an optimal fat-burning routine such as High Intensity Interval Training.
