"Do I need to take nutritional supplements, or can I just get everything I need from a balanced diet?"

That's a good question and one that we are asked on a regular basis.

The answer is simple: if you want to increase your chances of living a long, healthy, life, free of sickness and disease, then you must take nutritional supplements. You CAN NOT get everything your body needs from the food you eat.

Our goal is to help you make the wisest decisions you can with your wellness strategy so that you can maximize your LIVING. We also strive to provide you with the highest quality products for a reasonable price.

Most of the supplements we recommend are whole food supplements concentrated to a therapeutic level. You can't buy them in stores. Nearly all store bought vitamin supplements are synthetic. They are chemicals made by drug companies, typically from pine tar or corn syrup.

Your body was designed to run on food. Much of what our people eat today is NOT food. Just because you can eat it, doesn't make it food. Food is something that the innate intelligence that runs and creates your body uses for it's metabolic needs.

There are certain food supplements that are recommended for everyone. These include omega 3 fish oil supplements, a whole food multi-vitamin, and others that taylored to a specific individual's needs.
